At Fragrance Chapter, we are committed to delivering your favorite fragrances safely and promptly across Pakistan. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday)
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PKT will be processed the next business day
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays and public holidays
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed

2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Time

We ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2-3 business days
  • Other Cities (Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Sialkot, Gujranwala): 3-4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 - Rs. 350 (calculated at checkout based on location)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above Rs. 5,000
  • Express Shipping: Available for major cities (additional charges apply)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipment confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS notification with courier details
  • Real-time tracking updates via courier website

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier services including:

  • TCS
  • Leopards Courier
  • M&P Express
  • Pakistan Post (for remote areas)

6. Special Handling for Fragrances

All perfumes are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Bubble wrap protection for bottles
  • Secure boxing to prevent breakage
  • Fragile stickers on all packages
  • Temperature-controlled handling when possible

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • You will be contacted via phone before delivery
  • If delivery fails, package will be held at the nearest courier office for 5 days
  • After 5 days, the package will be returned to us

8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.

9. Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Courier service delays

We will notify you of any significant delays.
